In this case, it is not a spam or fraudulent message. It is a legal obligation that all virtual seat providers must comply with – specifically Act No. 253/2008 Coll., Section 2, Article 1, paragraph h.

We have to verify you on the grounds that we are …a person (…) providing another person with services which are to consist or consist in (…) providing a registered office, an address or other related services for another legal person.

But as is our custom, we’ve made things as simple as possible for you:

first you fill in the questionnaire itself
and then verify your business account by sending us 1 CZK from it.

And that will be all from your side!
